 Where are you located?

We are located at 721 Main Street East, Milton Ontario, L9T 3Z3, Canada.

Can I order online and pick up my order in store?

Yes, in-store pickups are available and help you save on shipping fees! Simply place your order online and select ‘PICKUP’ at checkout. Be sure to include your phone number in the checkout contact form. Once your order is ready (usually within 1-2 hours during store hours), you’ll receive an email confirmation. Need your items sooner? Call us at 289-878-5444 after placing your order to make arrangements. Pickup hours are:

  • Monday - Friday: 10 AM - 6 PM
  • Saturday: 10 AM - 4 PM

Policies

What is your Return Policy?

Plantwell offers a 30-day return policy with some exceptions. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, accompanied by the receipt, and must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused upon inspection.

Please note:

  • Nutrients or liquids that have been opened are non-refundable.
  • For online purchases, items being returned must be shipped back at the buyer’s expense.

What is your Shipping Policy?

Plantwell ships across Canada from Milton, Ontario. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with the shipping details and a tracking number.

We deliver through these carriers:

  • FedEx
  • Purolator
  • UPS

Please note:
Most carriers do not ship to PO boxes. If you provide a PO box as your shipping address, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.

 Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes, all orders over $150 qualify for FREE shipping! However, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where shipping cannot be economically fulfilled. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund and be notified of the issue.

Please note:

  • Free shipping applies to most parts of Canada, excluding very rural areas.
  • We currently do not ship to Yukon or the Northwest Territories."
 Do you ship outside Canada?

Currently, we are only shipping within Canada (EXCLUDING Yukon and the Northwest Territories).

When will my product ship?

Orders placed before 1 PM EST (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday.

Order Details

 Where's my order?

Once your order is packed and ready to ship, we’ll provide you with a tracking number along with the courier company details. The tracking link will include the expected delivery date and time for your convenience

How long will my online order take to arrive?

Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours (often the same day) Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Milton, Ontario. We deliver through trusted couriers like FedEx, Purolator, and UPS. Once you enter your shipping address at checkout, an estimated delivery time will be provided.

Do you accept E-Transfer payments?

Yes, we accept E-transfer payments! Simply log into your online banking and send the payment to info@plantwellinc.com. Please use the security question: 'What is my order number?' and set the password as your order number.

Is it possible to order in big quantities?

Yes, we offer wholesale purchasing and pricing! To place a bulk order, email us at info@plantwellinc.com with your request. Please note, full payment is required when placing the order.
